Trig Control Program
Your printer
port has an unlimited potential for triggering many devices by sending
TTL pulses. This program is specially designed for drug application systems
that use solenoid valves. If you do electrophysiological experiments, this
program is essential for timed drug application. Specailly useful for Fetchex(Axon
Instrument), in which drug application is not allowed during the acquisition.
This program can trigger latching valves as well as non-latching valves.
In order to use this program, you need a custom cable that connects to
an LPT port (printer port) on one end, and BNC cables on the other end.
