Video Probe Utility

This program reads, displays and analyse data files that are created by Video Probe (ETM Systems) calcium imaging package. This program can read all data files with extension of ".DAT", as well as the image sequences. DAT files can be plotted and printed. Images can be converted to BMP files and TIFF files. Furthermore, the program is capable of averaging, subtracting and adding any number of images. If you have Video Probe system, this program will save lots of your analyis time.
